Does Foodservice Center allow customer pickups?

Yes, Foodservice Center allows customer pickups from our St. Louis location. We provide next day pick up appointments. For our larger customers we offer our CTL (Courtesy Trailer Load) Program. Simply place your order, drop an empty trailer on our lot, and pick up a fully loaded trailer the next day. Contact your Customer Service Representative for details about any of our pick up programs.

Is Foodservice Center EDI capable?

Yes, Foodservice Center is EDI capable.

Who does Foodservice Center sell to?

Foodservice Center can contractually only sell to distributors.  We are unable to sell to Operators or end-users.  However, if you are local, you may be able to find products needed by visiting our Cash and Carry retail store located at 2330 S. 7th St.  St. Louis, MO 63104.  Website:  www.stlfoodoutlet.com

Can I place my order online?

YES!! We encourage our customers to take advantage of the FSC PORTAL. It provides a comprehensive site for order placement, pricing inquiries, and purchase history. Click the PORTAL LOGIN button on the home page for access. If you are new to our website, or have any questions, please contact your CSR for details at 1-800-262-2330.

What are order minimums?

FSC encourages pick-up orders. You will need to place your order at least 24-hours in advance and need only a minimum of 25 cases. For delivery, please contact your Sales Representative for specific details; however, you will need at least 8,000lbs. of available products for delivery. We CAN deliver, if requested, for orders between 5,000 – 7,999lbs., for a flat up-charge of $150.00. Our minimums are NOT temperature based – your PO can have any mix of temperatures.
